About 

My entire life I have been a Barbie fan. Playing Barbie for hours, dreaming of all of life’s possibilities. Barbie was my girl, my escape, my rescue, to play Barbie was to inspire the limitless potential. Barbie allowed me to dream to be anything. 
I have collected Barbie (ssshhhhh I have 100’s) boxed, not boxed, you know fashion divas mostly. I as all collectors sought out the beautiful or rare and glorious Barbie dolls. I collected, the Barbie, I always longed to be. 
I recently was bombarded with Barbie Dream Gap Project ads  (https://barbie.mattel.com/en-us/about/dream-gap.html ) which is an initiate to raise money to bridge the dream gaps of women seeking higher careers. 

Barbie has always been a huge part of empowering women to seek career freedom (https://barbie.mattel.com/en-us/about.html). I felt like God kept placing this on my heart. As an Employment Specialist and with my employment with high school students guiding them towards college and careers I 100% support this idea and notion of Barbie Dream Gap Project, Like how can I not, a few of my favorite things. A dear friend share an idea of fixing up Barbie dolls; which was where I was lead to the idea. It was like many signs were tying  all of these things together, no wonder God kept showing me things it was clear he was laying out a path for me. 
I mean I don’t think anything just happens for a reason.I decided to create my own business, not an MLM, not a network market thing, something I’m passionate about, something that drives me to be passionate. I’m a person of many skills and I dream of them all coming together like I played as a child. 
My business is Barbie Rehab and Rescue.  
I will seek out to gather the Barbie’s who have been forgotten, abused, and neglected. The Barbie’s that seem like the lost souls of our youth. 
I will bring Barbie in off the streets and into the Barbie Rehab and Rescue Center to take her through a complete rehabilitation program. 
I plan to host classes and teach skills to young girls while empower them with 21st century skills. We will host a “Barbie and Me Camp Out” with a goal and focus on teaching skills. 
Once Barbie is clean and her recovery is complete. She will be ready to be place back into the Barbie career market. Each Barbie that enters Barbie Rehab and Rescue will Receive a spoon charm to represent the “Spoon Theory”; to me personally represents over coming challenges of mental trauma that situations in life put you through; like when ones is faced with two bad choices and the baggage that comes mentally with both. The spoon is the metaphorical symbol that one can hold on to in order to recognize this baggage and empower themselves to move forward in life as  any individual seeking rehabilitation often entails. 
I want to contribute 10% of all funds made to Barbie Dream Gap Project! I want to empower skills in women after rehabilitation.
